I have been exercising with Gina for just under a year and the difference in my physical fitness, dress size and mental wellbeing has been amazing. A year ago I couldn’t run half of a 4km race, I joined Gina and my friend on a 5km run this year and I (almost none stope : ) finished the run! This is a massive achievement for me and the problem I’ve had with my weight throughout my life is the thing of the past, as I now understand from Gina’s teaching! Size and the building of muscles are much more important than your weight which as a woman fluctuates. I absolutely love the classes, they are fun with kids & toddlers joining in with the exercises, which is a brilliant way to get them interested in keeping their bodies fit. I would therefore definitely recommend Gina & HHH this has probably been the best bit of money I’ve ever spent on myself!

Gina is a superb motivator and has helped me push myself harder than I thought possible. it is not only weight I have lost but a huge number of inches and I feel so much better. Just finished my postnatal course with Gina and I’m amazed at the results! I had excruciating back pain after giving birth, yet after 3 weeks of classes I had no back pain at all! This has completely saved my life and I cannot recommend Gina enough!

Gina is the first trainer I have had that has listened and helped. Due to her patience’s and time I have now trained for over a year and a half. Even on those days when you want to give up for whatever reason she helps and keeps you going without the normal ranting I’ve had from other trainers.

I recently did the 4-week challenge with Gina. From start to finish she has been so friendly, helpful and welcoming. She has helped me with nutritional advice and given me the knowledge to help me make the right changes to my diet which are sustainable long term. Gina has also been great at understanding my hip condition and adapting exercises to my needs, checking on me regularly throughout classes. After giving up smoking I really started to pile on the pounds I tried the gym but felt self-conscious and bored so when Gina’s boot camp classes were suggested to me I nervously agreed to give it go, as I knew I had to do something. At my first class, I thought OMG but all the ladies were so friendly and encouraging I went back for more. At first, I went at my own pace and never felt judged for this but soon I was surprising myself at how much I could do and began to see drastic results. I follow a sensible eating plan but still have treats and the odd takeaway! I feel amazing to have so much more energy and often get told how fit and healthy I look. It sounds so corny but Gina’s classes have really changed my world I’ve become so much happier and more confident and of course, look so much fitter too!

I have been attending ‘Healthy Heart Hartley’ Boot camps now since the end of February. I love attending any type of fitness class, but it was refreshing to walk into one which was so friendly and welcoming. I think Gina’s great at combining all types of workouts to feel like you’ve had a whole body workout. A couple of months back I have started small group sessions with Gina twice a week, to really try and up my fitness levels. Gina is motivating and encouraging, while also may seem painful at times enjoyable. Gina has a passion for what she does which reflects in her training, she will listen to your goals and aims and will help you get there. I look forward to our sessions/boot camp and feel great afterwards. I hope to go on to do my Gym level 2 instructor course myself in the near future and feel encouraged I can get there with Gina’s training. I would recommend Gina to anyone, it does not matter about age, gender or fitness level.. You will feel fit and motivated instantly!
